Folds Stone supplies carefully selected roasted coffee beans as its core product. Clients include restaurant chains and coffee shops across China.

BLATAGE COFFEE

A dark roast specialty coffee brand founded in 2017.

Recognizing the market needed differentiation in dark roast coffee, I created a signature “heavy strike” roasting method using high-density Ethiopian and Guatemalan beans.

Instead of traditional espresso names, we use ratio-concentration notation — a distinctive feature. The minimalist aesthetic set a new coffee trend, earning over a thousand positive reviews on Xiaohongshu and Dianping.
