Standard Biography

Jiang Chengzhe is the founder of Folds Stone Coffee and the Runner-Up at the 2013 World Coffee Roasting Championship in Nice, France. He holds SCA Q Instructor and CQI Q Arabica + Robusta Grader certifications, and serves as Head Judge for the ABODY Green Coffee Protocol and designer of the Xinglong and Hainan Robusta competitions. He has founded three coffee brands: Folds Stone Coffee, BLATAGE COFFEE, and Obake Specialty Coffee. Past collaborations include Tiffany & Co., Nike, and asics.
